Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need an account to buy products from this website?
No, during the checkout process you may fill in your information.

Which fabrics are used?
We have managed to create a fusion of cultures with the combination of fabrics and designs.

· Shwe Shwe is a printed and dyed cotton fabric widely used for traditional South African clothing. Due to its popularity, shwe shwe has been described as the denim, or tartan, of South Africa.
· Denim is very strong and does not snag or tear easily. It is also breathable which is why it is so popular.
· Twill weave is one of the main elementary weaves which makes it ideal for comfortability and the activeness of playing children.
· Chambray (pronounced sham-bray) is a plain weave fabric that features a coloured yarn in the warp of the fabric

How should we wash the clothing?
All our fabrics have been pre-washed to eliminate shrinkage and colouring. However, we do recommend a COLD wash and wash garments SEPERATELY. Hang on a hanger to dry.

Do you make smaller sizes?
The fabrics we use are more suitable from age 1.

Can we customize?
Yes, we do. Choose your style, fabric and colour. Perfect to make a fashion statement at a family gathering like a wedding or birthday……we can even make a matching tie or bowtie for Dad!

What are the delivery options?
We suggest the PAXI service from PEP to PEP. We live in such a remote rural area that it is currently the most practical service. There is a PEP in every town and delivery takes between 5 to 7 working days. Unfortunately, we don’t have any overnight service as even courier companies collect only once a week.

Shipping arrangements for our international customers will be made individually to best suit their requirements.
